These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lumotos. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Lumotos provides AI-generated photo galleries created from user-uploaded images. Lumotos is a digital image-generation service and is not a professional photography service.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Lumotos. You may not upload photos of minors.

User Content and Consent

By uploading photos, you confirm that:

  • You own the photos or have permission to use them
  • You have consent from any person appearing in the photos
  • You authorize Lumotos to process the photos solely to provide the service

AI-Generated Content

All outputs are AI-generated. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to perfectly resemble real individuals.

Ownership

You own the AI-generated images delivered to you.
You grant Lumotos a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and deliver the images as required to provide the service.

Lumotos does not use user-generated images for marketing or training purposes.

Gallery Access

Galleries are accessed via a unique link. Anyone with the link can view the gallery. You are responsible for keeping the link private.

Payments and Refunds

Payment is required before image generation begins.

  • Refunds are available if requested before AI generation starts.
  • Once generation has begun, refunds are generally not available due to processing costs.
  • If there is a technical failure or unusable result, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Data Retention

Uploaded photos are retained for up to 30 days. Generated galleries are retained for up to 90 days.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumotos’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
